Scott Poland, EdD my former supervisor, director, and mentor, is an internationally recognized psychologist and suicide prevention expert who literally wrote the book on Suicide in Schools and Coping with Crisis and continues to supplement the foundational knowledge and practical skills he established for me with his passion and unwavering commitment in this field of work. He is a professor and Director of the Suicide and Violence Prevention Office at NOVA Southeastern University.

Richard Lieberman, MA is an unparalleled school psychologist and crisis specialist who served one of the nation’s largest school districts and has greatly broaden my knowledge base, career experience (and laugh lines!). He is co-author of School Crisis Prevention and Intervention: The PREPaRE Model (2009) and a lecturer at Loyola Marymount University.

I am privileged to know them, work with them, and to share our collective knowledge on these topics.
